There are symbols and signs all around us, if we slow down enough to notice them.
Yesterday, the field was full of horses — steady, grounded, quietly powerful.
When I looked up the meaning of the horse, it felt like a reminder for me: to trust that I am moving forward.
Not rushing. Not needing to have it all figured out. Just one step at a time.
Through the good days and the harder days.
A reminder to trust my own strength, my own pace, and the path that is unfolding.

Helping people understand how their environment, energy and unconscious patterns shape their wellbeing.
Exploring creativity, healing, intuition and the spaces we inhabit. Guided by a desire to understand and connect to my own inner workings and my own true nature, it is my passion and soul purpose to share and teach what I have learned on my journey to this point, so that I can help others along the way. All of my offerings are soul-filled and heart-lead and interlink with each other. They span fro
What makes you happy?
For me, it’s often something very simple.
Walking the greenway in the morning with the dog. Seeing the wildflowers grow up along the path. Noticing the seasons change. In winter, catching the sunrise. Walking beside the sea and somehow feeling like I’m in the countryside, even when we’re not..
Sometimes happiness isn’t something we have to chase. Sometimes it’s a place, a rhythm, a small routine we choose again and again.
What place makes you happy?
The more I’ve come to understand myself, the more I’ve come to understand the people I love.
One of the things I find most fascinating about Human Design is that we’re not all restored by the same environments. In our family, two of us share the same environment, while the other three are all completely different.
That simple insight has helped me see why some of us need quiet, others need more activity, and why the places where we feel most at ease can be so different.
It’s a reminder that we aren’t meant to be the same. Sometimes understanding ourselves is the first step towards understanding each other.
I’ll be exploring this in tonight’s masterclass, where we’ll look at the six Human Design environments and how discovering yours can support your energy, clarity and wellbeing.
If you’d like to join us live, there’s still time. If you can’t make it this evening, the replay will be available.
I’d love to have you there.

Yoga taught me to listen to my body.
Meditation taught me to notice my inner world.
Human Design, astrology and numerology have given me additional lenses through which to reflect on my patterns, strengths and natural tendencies.
None of these offers all the answers on its own. But together, they’ve helped me understand myself more deeply and make choices that feel more aligned with who I am.
That’s exactly what we’ll be exploring in my upcoming masterclass, how our environment, our patterns and our lived experience can come together to help us better understand ourselves.

A gentle reminder to bring beauty into your everyday.
Pause to notice the flowers.
Watch the light change.
Listen to the birds.
Take the longer walk.
Savour your coffee.
Life isn’t only about the big moments. Often it’s these small, ordinary moments of beauty that nourish us the most.
The Capricorn Full Moon arrives on Monday morning and it’s here to remind us that growth isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s the quiet decision to keep showing up.
To trust yourself a little more.
To let go of what no longer feels aligned.
To build a life that reflects who you truly are, one small step at a time.
Take a moment over the weekend to consider
What have you built over the past six months?
What are you ready to release?
What future are you quietly creating?
The mountain isn’t climbed in one leap.
It’s climbed one steady step at a time.
A longer chat about how we each have an environment that naturally supports us, based on when and where we were born.
Just as your astrology chart can help you understand yourself more deeply, Human Design offers another fascinating lens. One part of that is your ideal environment, the places and spaces where your energy, clarity and creativity are naturally restored.
If you’ve been feeling drained, stuck or like something is “off”, it may not be you. It could simply be that your environment isn’t supporting you.
I’d love for you to join me for this masterclass. You can join live next Wednesday at 7pm (Irish time) or watch the replay whenever suits you.

And thank you for being here and watching. Sharing something new always feels a little vulnerable, but I’m genuinely excited to bring this work to more people.

✨ Market Environment ✨
Some people restore themselves through silence and solitude.
Others come alive through interaction, movement, connection, colour, sound, and the feeling of life happening around them.
The Human Design Market environment isn’t simply about “busy places” it’s about energetic exchange.
Conversation.
Stories.
People.
Textures.
Experiences.
Moments of connection.
For those with a Market environment, stimulation can actually feel regulating rather than overwhelming when it’s aligned and intentional.
Watching my daughter, whose environment is Market, has made this so clear to me.
She loves spaces filled with little reminders of people, memories and experiences. She feels nourished by interaction and often more connected to herself when surrounded by warmth, movement and life.
It’s such a beautiful reminder that we don’t all restore ourselves in the same way.
Some people need stillness.
Others need gentle stimulation.
Some need retreat.
Others need connection and exchange.
Understanding our environments helps us create spaces that support who we naturally are rather than forcing ourselves into environments that drain us
I’ll be exploring the 6 Human Design environments more deeply in my upcoming online masterclass:
The Connected Space on 1st July (link in bio)

As a yoga teacher, artist, and someone who has spent years studying energy and wellbeing, one thing I’ve learned is this:
Sometimes the fastest way to change how you feel isn’t to change yourself. It’s to change your environment.
Next Wednesday, 1st July, I’ll be teaching a masterclass exploring the 6 Human Design environment types and how understanding your unique environment can support greater clarity, creativity, energy and ease in your life.
If you’ve ever wondered why some places feel nourishing and inspiring while others leave you feeling drained, this masterclass is for you.
