Hi everyone! I’m Laura, and I’m so excited to be joining the team!

I have a background in fitness and have worked as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Gym Manager, so helping people feel confident, happy and comfortable in a gym environment is something I really enjoy.

I’m a very friendly, outgoing person and I love meeting new people, having a laugh and creating a positive atmosphere wherever I am.

Outside of work, I’m a big fitness lover myself, and I love going on runs, exploring new places and getting out on hikes whenever I can.

My greatest achievement: Completing the Dublin Marathon last year! It was such a challenging but rewarding experience, and definitely something I’m very proud of.

I’m really looking forward to getting to know everyone and becoming part of the team. I can’t wait to see what’s ahead!
