On Friday we had the lovely Eoin and Barry back to host a powerful Summer Wellness Workshop exclusively for our staff, and it was truly transformative.

A heartfelt thank you to Eoin from .ie for guiding our team through a meaningful session on mindset, resilience and life goals.

And to Barry from whose restorative breathwork helped our trainers reset, reconnect and breathe a little deeper.

Their combined wisdom reminded us how important it is to slow down, check in with ourselves and create space for real connection, especially during the crazy summer months.

Yesterday's mindset and breathwork workshop at Iconic Health Clubs in Dartry, led by the brilliant Barry and Eoin, was exactly what we didn't know we needed.

Two hours of intentional breathing, mindset work, and genuine connection, the kind of experience that stays with you long after you leave the room.

🏅 We are beyond proud to support the Ranelagh Community Games for another incredible year!��

Over 260 young athletes competed in the local trials, many walking away with medals we were honoured to sponsor. At the Dublin Finals in Santry, 36 athletes from the area took to the track and brought home 8 individual medals and 5 relay medals, with some now heading to regional and national competitions this summer.

🙌��Sport builds community, and community is at the heart of everything Iconic Health Clubs stands for.
