*U20 National Champs*

Another weekend in Tullamore for our athletes and again they didnt disappoint. Our u19 athletes all moved up to show their form in u20s
Charlie Gunawardhana in the 3k steeplechase to win the 🥈. Charlie was also 7th in the 1500m.
Freyja O'Caroll in the 800m grabbed the 🥉and a massive pb of 2.09.

Conrad Latham then raced the u20 800m winning the 🥈in 1.52.56

Davyd Konovalov won 🥉 in the 200m in a blistering time of 22.03. He also placed 6th in the 100m

Des O'Neill came out to show his form in the 400mH. Having ran 2 u20 World Championship Qualifying times over the last month the u20 title was next on the list.
🥇 and a Championship Record of 51.45 closed off the day in style for the club.

Thanks to the Raheny Shamrock Green Team members, family and volunteers who turned out to support the Raheny Tidy Village Group on Saturday.👏
The crew put in an enjoyable couple of hours tidying up around the local routes where we all train each week.
Every little bit of effort goes a long way toward Raheny looking its best. ☘️💚

A huge thank you 👏 to Raheny Shamrock members for generously donating their unwanted running shoes. The Green Team has recently sorted and delivered 2 bags to Sanctuary Runners and 2 bags to Grafton Street Kitchens for the homeless.

We love to see so many shoes getting a second life ♻️.

Hey everyone. Really looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible this Saturday, June 27th, meeting 12 noon at the clubhouse.
It's going to be a great opportunity to catch up with clubmates while giving back to our local community and tidying up the very spots and routes where our club runs every week! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🧹
