This week was been harder than expected, one of my retreats were running without me 😭
Literally the best and most enjoyable thing I do and this week (I was too pregnant to fly) and it’s been sooo hard to miss 🫣 the fomo but also full mix of gratitude that I’ve found such incredible women in my life to run these retreats without me..
Sherry Mannion & Aimée O'Brien | Yoga were first up and so greatful for you both 🫶✨3 more happening with me! But I’ll be back to them in 2027!
The weeks are flying in… the overwhelm is suddenly starting to come in… but I’m ok I had a big strawberry shake💕🤭 and I got my first bit of ‘nesting’ done.. which was completing the studio

Life of self employed women ✨🤞 gotta trick them when you can for help…
In fairness he still got his dinner ➡️🤤 with a side of DIY for my studio.. is this 3rd trimester nesting 🤷‍♀️
