The National Championships & Irish Cup return to the University of Limerick on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November 2026.

Get ready for an exciting weekend of top-class ITF Taekwon-Do, bringing together competitors and clubs from across Ireland.

The friendships and comradery between our members is something we are incredibly proud of in our club.

Although Taekwon-Do is an individual sport, the friendships built along the way are one of the many benefits of being involved.

We can't wait to kick off the 2026/2027 next week with a packed calendar of exciting events 👊

A very special thank you to ITA Administrator, Mr Breandán Dennehy, for the countless hours of work he has put in behind the scenes in preparation for the ITF World Cup.

From answering endless emails and dealing with queries to managing registrations and accommodating last-minute changes, Breandán has handled everything with his usual calm, polite and courteous manner.

Much of this work goes unseen, but it certainly does not go unappreciated. Thank you, Breandán, for your exceptional hard work, patience and dedication—it is sincerely appreciated! 🇮🇪🥋
