From 6th–12th July we’re inviting our members to share something special with someone in your life 💛
As part of Bring A Friend Free Week, you can gift a friend the opportunity to experience The Movement Studio in NAAS and TERENURE with any 3 classes completely FREE 🎁
Whether they’re looking to feel stronger, build confidence, improve their health, or simply see what makes this community so special, we’d love to welcome them.

All members have been emailed the link to send your friend, partner, mother, brother, sister, Father, Son, Uncle, auntie, neighbour… or the person who always says “I’d love to do something like that” but never takes the step

We have a growing number of questions on the topic and are delighted to have Dr. Mike spreading his knowledge from a well rounded viewpoint

Exciting times!
We’re halfway through Week 1 of our 12 Week Summer Program
Intro/Reload Weeks are every 4 weeks
We introduce new movements or variations
We drop volume load
We have a chance to level after, having built up familiarity and capacity the previous 4 weeks
Perhaps most importantly, we show the members that life isn’t all Go! Go! Go!
