Lost your confidence after having a baby? Try this. 👇🏼
1. Stop hiding until you “look better.”
If you’re constantly waiting to lose weight, get back in shape, or fit into your old clothes again, you’re sending yourself the message every day that you’re not good enough right now.
Wear something that makes you feel good today.
2. Get ready even when you have nowhere to go.
Not because you need to look better for other people.
But because the way you take care of yourself can change the way you feel about yourself.
3. Start noticing what you’re doing right.
Not just everything you still want to change.
“I went for a walk today.”
“I ate a proper lunch today.”
“I took 20 minutes for myself today.”
Confidence grows when you start trusting yourself.
4. Stop comparing yourself to other women.
Especially women whose lives, bodies, recovery and circumstances are completely different from yours.
Your progress doesn't have to look like theirs.
5. Set small goals you can actually keep.
Not: “I need to get back in shape.”
Instead:
→ 2 workouts this week
→ one proper meal for myself every day
→ 20-minute walk
→ one thing every day that's just for me
Every time you keep a promise to yourself, you build a little more trust in yourself.
And honestly, some days you'll still feel like you have no idea who that woman in the mirror is. 😂
That's normal.
You're a mum now, your priorities have changed, and sometimes it takes a while to figure out where you fit into all of it. 🤍
