For Men's Mental Health Week last month, our Walking for All Officer Gemma caught up with our Cornafean 'Men on the Move' walking group in Cavan to discuss some of the reasons they walk together each week. Find out what they said:

We're delighted to welcome *SeanNua Farm* as one of our keynote speakers. Drawing on six years of hands-on experience, they will share insights from their pasture-raised livestock systems, sustainable food production, and direct farm-to-fork business model. 🌾🐓🐄
We'll also be joined by local gardener Mick Goldrick, local business KORE Retrofit and more 🏡♻️

⭐ What a fantastic day we had at Cornafean GAA on Saturday as it was our turn to host the County Star Camp! 😊🥰
It was wonderful to welcome the visiting Cavan GAA All Stars groups to join us. Seeing everyone having fun together, making new friends and enjoying all the activities made it such a special day.
A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers. Your time, energy and kindness made the day possible, and we simply couldn't have done it without you.
Thank you to all our visitors and their families for coming along. We hope you all had as much fun as we did!
A special thank you to Cavan Sports Partnership for their funding, which allowed us to include creative art therapy as part of the day.
We hope everyone enjoyed the games, obstacle course, exploring different smells and textures in our sensory area, and of course, visiting our beautiful garden. There truly was something for everyone!
A big thank you to Farnadolly Milk Barn for the delicious ice cream, which was the perfect treat to finish a fun-filled afternoon. 🍦
Thank you also to Gillian for opening the club shop and providing tea, coffee and treats for all our attendees—it was very much appreciated.
