Training in hot weather can put extra strain on your body ☀️
A few simple changes can help you stay safe:
💧 Drink water before, during and after training
🕒 Exercise early in the morning or later in the evening
🏃 Reduce the intensity when temperatures are high
🚨 Stop if you feel dizzy, weak, sick or unusually tired
Don’t try to push through warning signs. Move somewhere cool, hydrate and give your body time to recover.

Want a better week? Start today.
Most people wait until Monday to "get organised.
The problem is... Monday gets busy.
Work comes up.
Life gets in the way.
The gym gets pushed until tomorrow.
Instead, spend 20 minutes today setting yourself up for success.
✔ Plan a few meals.
✔ Pack your gym bag.
✔ Lay out your training clothes.
✔ Book your STRONGER sessions for the week.
The less you have to think during the week, the more likely you are to stay consistent.

A Typical Session at STRONGER
Most people think a gym session starts when the workout begins.
It doesn't.
It starts when you walk through the door.
You check in, have a chat, catch up with people you've trained alongside for months, and see what challenge the coaches have planned for the day.
The equipment is set up. ✅
The programme is ready. ✅
The coach takes everyone through the warm-up and explains the session so you know exactly what you're doing and why you're doing it.
No wandering around.
No making it up as you go.
No trying to figure out machines by yourself.
Just structured coaching from start to finish.
Then the work begins.
Some members are chasing strength goals.
Some want to feel fitter.
Some are rebuilding confidence.
Some simply want to move better and stay healthy for years to come.
Different goals. Same support.
Throughout the session you'll hear plenty of coaching cues, encouragement, and probably a few terrible jokes.
You'll also find the random things that make STRONGER what it is.
Like finding "Ben Loves Ciaran xoxo" written on the wall.
And shortly afterwards finding Ben and Ciaran standing together looking suspiciously happy.
Coincidence?

Before you know it, the session is over.
People leave tired, but in a good way.
A little stronger.
A little more confident.
