The last year has all been about market research.

Who remembers when spin first became a thing?

Then the Zumba craze?

Followed up by the trx movement?

One thing they all had in common was that people flocked to the classes, which were all held in community centres, parish halls and youth clubs until gyms realised they could just stick those classes on the gym timetable and wipe out the competition.

These were trends, I believe that Recovery is the next breakthrough trend.

The last year and a half has all been to test the Market, and now my next facility will be a gym that simply has recovery facilities as part of the membership.

The Coolock Recovery Room has been a passion of mine since I opened it a year and a half ago.

I have got to meet so many amazing people from all walks of life and I am truly grateful to each and every person that took the time to come in and spend an hour in the room, and to all of the “regulars” that Have supported me week in week out, it wouldn’t have worked without you.

I have taken the decision to Move on from my main business FBT gym so therefore the Coolock Recovery Room will be coming with me.

We have plans already in motion to create Irelands first Recovery room integrated into a gym as a part of the service.

A few hurdles still to cross but we will announce the plans as soon as everything is signed.

We will be rebranding this page so do keep following for updates.
