Wild Heart Women’s Retreat 20-23 August the Yoga Barn
This retreat is a weekend of connection and remembrance. It’s not about changing who you are or fixing yourself. It’s about making space to be your true self, let go of any masks and roles that you might be wearing in your every day life.
Retreats offer a space to reconnect, recharge and remember ourselves so that we can feel more aligned, more rested for the months ahead.
This particular retreat is held at a very special time when nature is really wild and it reminds us that we too can take up space, that we too can honour the phase of life we are in.
I am finding more and more wisdom by connecting to the land, nature around us.
In this retreat we will have an excursion to the nearby waterfall - dipping in this waterfall is pure magic.
I am calling all women who feel the desire to come together with other women, feel their bodies, use their voices, move, dance and let all of that fill your cup!
This is a truly magical weekend 🫶🌿
Prices start at 590 euro for triple shared rooms. Some semi private accommodation available.

SUMMER GATHERING
Yesterday we came together in community to celebrate the summer season.
The intention was to enjoy, celebrate and cherish this time of the year when days are so long and the nature is so abundant.
Thank you all who joined, supported and contributed to this gathering.
Gratitude to Daniel and Vagisha who supported the Kieran - we have a little band forming 😃🥰
It was so blissful to be in nature, surrounded by fields with cows grazing on grass by the River Boyne. We finished the gathering with sauna and cold dip 💦 The dome was the perfect space for our gathering at Bective Mill 🙌
It was so joyful to have Dolly with us - a little furry friend who brought so much joy to all of us!
Gratitude ❤️🫶

Celebrating the divine in you, in me and in all!
A video from our practice in the woods yesterday. Preparing for the Kirtan tomorrow at 🙏🏽
So much joy to sing together, to create and to connect with this powerful force within our being.
After each bhajan we sang, there was this resonance within our bodies, minds and hearts. Each bhajan brings a different energy and it’s so beautiful to pause and bathe in it.
Summer is a time of celebration.
Tomorrow we are coming together for some yoga, nature, Kirtan and community in Bective Mill.

~ On Being Wild ~
Wild Heart Women’s Retreat 20-23 August, the Yoga Barn
Are you called to join us on this beautiful weekend of connection, community, embodiment and self-expression?
✨
THE POWER OF INTENTION
With every retreat and gathering, there is an intention that is planted a long time before that retreat takes place.
The Wild Heart Women’s Retreat 20-23 Aug in the Yoga Barn is created with the intention to offer space for women to remember your wild nature, the wisdom of your heart and body.
Wilde in Old English means in a natural state inviting a return to the wisdom of cyclicality of life, nature and our bodies. Heart often knows before the mind can understand. Connecting with the heart is about returning to our inherent wisdom, that lives in our bones, in our flesh, in our whole being. It’s about moving beyond the illusion of the mind.
Wild Heart is also about the power of community. We often can remember easier our wilde nature while supported by a non-judgemental community.
Join for a weekend of yoga, somatic explorations, self-expression, song, dance as well as rest, community and time with nature.
Wild Heart Women’s Retreat 20-23 August at the Yoga Barn, Co. Kilkenny
Prices start at 590 for 3 nights including food, accommodation, all the curated classes and workshops.

🌿 Earth Altar 🌿
I created this Earth Altar yesterday morning. The stones brought a sense of grounding, the leaves a sense of aliveness and possibility and the water reminds me that everything keeps moving no matter what.
I sat by the shore with an intention to bring more authenticity to myself, others and the world. To offer my service for the greater good of all beings, human and non human.
There is healing is making space to return to ourselves in such a simple yet incredibly creative way.

16/06/2026
For a while now, I have been in the process of dropping layers of conditioning, dropping patterns that constrict and cloud my perception of reality.
Over the years, I have seen myself getting entangled in over identification with what I do as well as wanting to be the one that ‘saves’ others from suffering.
So often these roles are taken on as part of a dynamic created within our families (among other things).
I am wanting to be the person that I desire to be, the kind, loving and the truthful one. Dropping the old layers means to stop wanting (subconsciously) to force change. I see myself more and more simply wanting to focus on being the person that I believe in. And by doing so I see the potential of change on my surroundings. That kind of change feels organic and effortless.
“Samskaras” in yoga are mental and psychological impressions formed by past actions, thoughts and experiences. How to create new samskaras that align with the vision of life and the world that we want to inhabit?
I have been asking myself this again and again. The simple answer that keeps coming back is that to break free of the chains of old patterns, we need new samskaras, new ways of being. The old pattern is broken by a new pattern. Understanding the old patterns will feed the mind body (manomaya kosha) but it won’t bring about a lasting change. The mind is a tool for understanding but the true transformation comes from a place much deeper than the mind.
In this whole process, so much compassion, love and patience is needed. For I find that the judging mind can come running so quickly towards me when I am in the middle of it all.
This process of being recreated affects how I show up with myself, with my partner, family and how I show up in my classes, with my students and those that I come in contact with.
It’s as organic as the processes that support the growth of a tree from underneath the surface.
Sharing this in the hope that it might be of relevance to you, that is reading this. And perhaps we can reassure each other that all this is part of the process. Life does not happen at the end of this process. Instead this process is life itself.

~ Yoga Online returns on Wednesday 17 June, 6.30am Ireland time ~
Yoga Sanctuary Online is an opportunity to start your day with a practice to balance your energy, awaken your mind, body and spirit. We practice meditation, pranayama, asana and somatic awareness. These sessions include longer holds to allow energy to flow into different energy centres. When we do so we can move stagnant energy and can experience it as more ease, flow, lightness in body and mind.

On self-practice and showing up
Lately it has been challenging to show up to my practice. A lot of resistance along with it. But I always tend to keep showing up even if it means meeting that resistance or a very old pattern. Because eventually something clicks and shifts.
I am offering online yoga mornings with next 4 week cycle starting on Wed 17 June 6.30-8am Ireland time. This is a bridge between attending classes and slowly turning to self-practice.
If you feel called, join me. All info in bio
