Wild Heart Women’s Retreat 2026 in the Yoga Barn, Co.Kilkenny.

So very grateful for this experience, for all the women to show up in their unique expression, for the Yoga Barn to hold us so lovingly always (Thanks Tim & Hilary Hilary Harvey ❤️) for the yummy food made by Klaudia with so much creativity and so much heart (thank you Klaudia Rapala - Femenine & Creative Restoration | Rebirth )

There are never enough words to describe this kind of retreat -
It’s the women opening up, it’s the group feeling so much ease with each other, the depth of conversations, the fun and playfulness that unfolds as we allow our wild selves to be shared not only in specific activities but throughout the day, the permission to step away, take rest and rest when we feels that’s what we need to fill ourselves up.

This year, we moved through daily morning yoga practice, created an Earth Altar - which was the center of other activities for the weekend, explored our feet, knees, hips and pelvis somatically to create more freedom in the body, mind, heart. We also danced, painted our faces, we sang and swam in the waterfall.

I return from this weekend fuller and inspired.

Thank you all for your trust, for choosing to spend the weekend together.

Big thank you to Klaudia Rapala - Femenine & Creative Restoration | Rebirth Klaudia who stepped in last minute to cook for us and helped me create this space so lovingly!

Grateful to the amazing Paula, our volunteer, who was so on the ball in the kitchen with Klaudia! It would not have been possible without you.

And all the rest of you — much much love!

Till next time,
Anna

Mantra is a practice of repeating a phrase that contains a belief, truth, a quality.

Word ‘mantra’ comes from ‘manas’ meaning mind and ‘tea’ meaning tool or instrument. Therefore, mantra is a tool for the mind.

Our mind can play tricks on us. It can affect our actions and decisions in life basing them on beliefs formed possibly long ago.

Mantra is a tool for the mind. When we chant mantra we fuse our life with the essence of the meaning that it holds. Sacred sound affects our body and mind. We are made mostly of water hence chanting effect reaches our physiology as well. Understanding the power of mantra is beyond our mind. It allows us to experience deeper connection, understanding of life, and the power that lies within in.

For 15 years now I’ve been chanting a Buddhist mantra. I always felt the power of it. Some time ago my teacher .rajan said that mantra is one of the most powerful, transformative tools. It resonated. Mantra goes deep. You need to experience it to know it.

^July moments, summer, abundance from nature, connections^

July brought many moments in nature
Many moments with friends and beautiful people
Beach
Forest
Sea
Mountains
Shells and rocks
Flower crowns and lavender wreaths
Joys from minding the cutest dog ever
Sharing struggles and joys with friends of faith and heart

I took time for me, my friends and family. I took time to pause. It’s been a month of reflection of priorities going forward.

These are the things I love - simple, kind and filled with hope.

“Non-existence is the treasure of God in the process of becoming manifest”

By Rumi

So much of our lives is in the unmanifest latent state. It is the potential within that is the treasure house of God, as Rumi puts it.

Tapping into the latent potential so that it can awaken and show as manifest effect.

The magic of life lies in the inseparability of its unseen and seen aspects.

Food for thought

🌿Do you feel the call to cultivate your wild nature? 🌿

The wild nature is a sense of the authentic self welling up as you tap into to your inherent qualities of wisdom, power and intuition.

Sometimes the word WILD can make us think of uncontrolled or chaotic. Wild means to allow more of our natural state, which possesses courage, immense power, intuition.

It’s so easy to forget that this state is within us.

I often forget.

I learnt to make space to remember it. To remember that life is cyclical and all the ebbs and flows of life have their place, their wisdom and beauty. I also learnt that I need others to help me remember.

I am offering space for women to remember through a beautiful weekend spent together at the Wild Heart Women’s Retreat in Hilary Harvey 20-23 Aug.
The retreat is filling up slowly. If you’re reading this, perhaps one of the remaining places is waiting for you, or for you and a friend 🙏🏽

Coming together with women is a magical experience that unlocks something within us. If you have never been in a women’s only retreat or space, it’s quite hard to describe it. It has to be experienced.

Personally I discovered the healing power of women’s spaces a few years back.

Ever since I began to offer them I see how beautifully they allow the uniqueness of each woman shine brightly, and how each woman gives herself permission to remove masks of conditioning and roles of everyday life, to be herself, to feel her own power and wonderfulness.

If you feel the call, join us - a beautiful group of women awaits you!

Our world today is so often focused on looking for yet another solution with our mind, looking for ways to ‘fix’ ourselves, and often asking us to keep doing more, to achieve more.

Sometimes so much can unlock in our lives when we pause to remember ourselves, our wild nature, the wisdom that’s already within us. This is where it all begins.

My intention with the Wild Heart Women’s Retreat is to create space where we can slow down, reconnect, honour ourselves exactly where we are and remember who we are. When women come together, true magic happens.

WILD HEART Women’s Retreat is a space to hold you, move you, support you, inspire you, recharge you.

If this feels like the right time for you, we’d love to welcome you.

Our lovely Michelle Cavanagh from Align and Nourish will be cooking our delicious meals at the WILD HEART Women’s Retreat 20-23 August.

Michelle is a warm-hearted and gentle soul who brings her magic through her wholesome food and her beautiful presence. She is also a Kirtan leader bringing sacred mantra to support connection, community and healing.

Michelle was at our last women’s retreat and we loved her presence so much than we can’t imagine this retreat without her! She’s going to be bringing her magic with her ❤️

This retreat is created with a lot of intention, care and love to offer a space where we can drop back to our authenticity, open our hearts, awaken the wild nature within.

I am very grateful for wonderful people who help me bring this vision alive 🫶❤️
