Most kids will spend this summer scrolling.
Some will spend it building confidence, resilience, friendships and life skills they carry forever. â˜€ïžđŸ„‹

At 011GRPL Summer Camp, we don’t just “keep kids busy”.

We create an environment where children learn how to:
✅ communicate better
✅ regulate emotions
✅ become more confident socially
✅ improve coordination and focus
✅ move their bodies in a healthy way
✅ build discipline and resilience naturally through play and movement

Studies consistently show that structured movement, martial arts and social physical activity can positively impact confidence, emotional regulation, physical health and even reduce anxiety in children. Parents today are facing a generation growing up with more screen time, less movement and more social isolation than ever before.

That’s why our camps are intentionally SMALL, SAFE and HIGHLY SUPERVISED.

No overcrowded rooms.
No children getting lost in the middle of 30+ kids.
No “babysitting environment”.

At 011GRPL, every child is seen, supported and challenged at their own level ❀

The children who grow the most this summer will not be the ones sitting on iPads all day.
They’ll be the ones building memories, confidence and friendships inside a positive community.

Your first class is always the hardest part
until you realize everyone else felt the exact same way before stepping on the mats. đŸ„‹ (anxious, fear, nervous)

At 011GRPL, we don’t expect perfection.
We expect effort, respect, and the courage to try something new.

Whether you’re nervous about being too unfit, too shy, too anxious, or “not athletic enough” — our beginner-friendly environment was built exactly for people like you.

✔ Small classes
✔ Safe & welcoming atmosphere
✔ Female-friendly environment
✔ No ego culture
✔ Learn at your own pace
✔ Coaches that genuinely care

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be confident yet.
You just need to show up once.

Most of our members started terrified
and now they can’t imagine life without it.

Your future confidence could start with a single class. đŸ–€

TOMORROW 15PM PC | AMANHÃ 19PM BR

In tomorrow’s episode, we’ll be joined by the incredible Hugo Borim, and this conversation went far beyond an interview about jiu-jitsu. It became a powerful discussion about inclusion, empathy, resilience, and love for others.

Inclusive jiu-jitsu plays a transformative role in the lives of neurodivergent children and adults. It strengthens not only the body, but most importantly confidence, self-esteem, discipline, a sense of belonging, and human connection.

But working with inclusion goes far beyond techniques, courses, and certifications. Of course, studying and being prepared is essential. But there is something even more important, love in your heart, genuine empathy, and the ability to see others without judgment.

And that’s exactly what makes Hugo’s work so special.

His story of overcoming challenges, his journey in jiu-jitsu, and his mission to transform lives through acceptance made this episode deeply moving and inspiring.

You don’t want to miss it. đŸ’™đŸ„‹

_________

At 011GRPL Sensorial Therapy LtdïżŒ we don’t believe repetitive movements should be “stopped” — we believe they should be understood.

Pacing. Stimming. Fidgeting. Rocking.
For many neurodivergent children, these movements are not “bad behaviour”. They are communication, emotional regulation and survival.

Most environments try to suppress these responses.
We teach children how to regulate through movement instead.

In this session, our pre-verbal students are doing structured compound exercises:
‱ one movement focused on strength, coordination and body awareness
‱ followed by decompression and nervous system regulation exercises

This creates a safe cycle where the child can release tension, organise sensory input and feel secure inside their own body — without pressure, punishment or overwhelm.

Many parents arrive to us exhausted after hearing:
“they can’t sit still”
“they don’t focus”
“they’re too hyper”
“they don’t engage”

But often, the child’s nervous system is simply overloaded.

At 011GRPL, we work WITH the nervous system, not against it.
That is why our classes are kept extremely small, our environment is sensory-adapted, and our coaching team is trained to understand regulation before performance.

The result?
Children who were once anxious begin participating.
Children who avoided interaction begin connecting.
Children who struggled with emotional meltdowns begin feeling safer and more confident.

This is not “just Jiu Jitsu.”
This is movement-based sensorial therapy designed to help neurodivergent children feel calmer, stronger, safer and more independent in everyday life.

⚠ Limited spaces available due to our maximum 6 students per class policy.
Families are already booking ahead for upcoming blocks.

If your child struggles with emotional regulation, sensory overload, coordination, confidence or social interaction, this may be the safest first step they ever take.
