Before you spend a cent on supplements, try these three things first.

Hit your protein target β€” aim for 1.8g per kg of bodyweight, every day. This one shift does more for your body composition and recovery than any powder on the shelf.
Eat enough fruit and veg β€” 600-800g a day. Most people are nowhere close, and it shows up in energy, digestion and recovery.
Get enough healthy fats β€” fish, avocados, nuts and seeds. Most people aren't eating nearly enough of them.
