All of our classes are fully suitable for all levels from absolute beginners to seasoned pros!
Here is our current weekly schedule:

πͺ PILATES (1x per week - Mat-based):
β’ Saturday @ 10:00 AM
You can join us for a single drop-in class or grab a monthly membership to unlock the best value:
β’ Single Yoga Class: β¬20 (1 hour)
β’ Single Pilates Class: β¬15 (1 hour)
β’ Yoga+ Membership: β¬60/month for unlimited yoga!
β’ Recovery+ Membership: β¬60/month for unlimited recovery + any 2 classes!
