Is it safe and responsible to have streets so narrow with no footpaths or cycle lanes?
Keep locals informed. The owners of the golf course shut the club so as to pursue planning permissions and zoning to develop it.

When they chain up your golf club and then email you a few hours later to ask if you want to renew your subscription. Another aspect well handled Carr Golf & Glenveagh Properties.
After being given a solution to their problems and a risk free proposal, Glenveagh Properties just decided to ghost the members group. Completely disrespectful to the people who put so much time into it.
Even though the members had paid memberships up to today, Carr Golf gradually removed machinery and equipment from the course over the past few months. The clubhouse was understaffed and understocked and they even stopped paying for Sky TV.
Glenveagh Properties & Carr Golf have let themselves down today when they put their locks and chains onto Hollystown Golf Club.
Today was emotional and disappointing day for the members and the community as they said goodbye to each other and the golf course that they loved. Many friendships were built on that course and in the clubhouse and we know they will continue into the future no matter what happens.
Wishing everyone a happy new year 🎊🎉

Hi all
We have received feedback from Glenveagh in relation to the business plan submitted. The email correspondence has been forwarded everyone that completed our survey.
Unfortunately they do not support the members proposal as presented. They referred to a number of factors that influenced the decision but gave no specifics.
We have reverted back to Glenveagh outlining our disappointment and seeking clarification on their rationale.
We are still holding out hope that they will work with us.
We will keep you posted.
Thank you
