He used to be in great shape. Then life got in the way.

Renato wasn’t lazy. He wasn’t unmotivated. He was just stuck — same as most dads I talk to.

Career built. Kids came. The gym stopped, the meals got more convenient, the weight crept on. Nothing dramatic. Just enough that he stopped feeling like himself.

He put it to me straight:

“I know what to do — I’ve done it before. But I can’t seem to get my finger out. What used to work doesn’t work anymore.”

That’s where we started.

I built him a plan that fit his life, not the other way around. Training that matched his schedule. Food he could actually stick to. Accountability so it didn’t quietly slide, the way it had every other time.

A few months in — Renato’s down 8kg. Stronger. Leaner. The gym’s just part of his week again, not something he has to talk himself into.

He didn’t need to quit socialising or stop eating with his family to get there. He needed a system that survived his actual life, not a diet that only worked in a vacuum.

That’s the difference between transforming once and never falling off again.

If you’re stuck the same way — DM “COACHING” and I’ll show you what that looks like for you.

Down 20.5kg on the scales. 13 inches off his waist.

He came from a powerlifting background. Strong in the gym, knew how to train. That part was never the problem.

It was everything outside the gym letting him down. Work had taken over. Time for himself had gone. He was strong under a barbell and slipping everywhere else, and the gap between the two had got to a point he couldn’t ignore.

He didn’t need motivation. He had plenty of that. What he didn’t have was a system for the part the gym doesn’t cover.

A few months on.

Down 20.5kg on the scales. 13 inches off his waist.

His blood pressure came back normal. His cholesterol came back normal. His blood sugar came back normal.

He feels better at fifty than he has in twenty years.

None of that came from wanting it more. It came from showing up — on the days he felt like it and the days he didn’t — to a structure that finally held when his week got busy, instead of falling apart the first time work got in the way.

Everything else in his life had a system. His body didn’t. Now it does.

If your body is the one part of your life that doesn’t run on a system, that’s the gap — and it’s a fixable one. DM me the word COACHING and I’ll send you the details.

23 centimetres off his waist.

At 40, Jason looked in the mirror and felt disgust. Not with himself as a man — but with how he had let things slide. Everywhere else in his life he was winning. His work, his family. The body was the one place he’d let it slide, and and I was only going in one direction

He wasn’t after sympathy. He wanted his body to match the rest of his life.

So we built a plan around his actual week — a demanding career, a young family, travel for work. Food he could eat for years, not for six. A system built to survive the chaos that had ended every attempt before this one.

Then Jason did his part. Sixteen weeks and he never missed a beat. Commitment the whole way. On the days he didn’t feel like it, the accountability held him to it and he showed up anyway.

12 KG Down.
23 centimetres off his waist.
Stronger in every lift.

That’s not the system carrying him. It’s not Jason white-knuckling it alone either. It’s the right structure for his life, and a man who was held accountable to show up whether he felt like it or not.

If you’re putting in the effort and not seeing it come back, DM me COACHING and I’ll send you everything you need.

Padraigh. 50 years old. Down 21.5kg and 18cm off his waist.

Here’s the part that matters. Before he started, Padraigh had a busy work life and couldn’t hold any consistency. Training, food — it all kept slipping. That’s not a willpower problem. That’s the same thing that’s beaten most men his age who’ve tried before: the system never survived a normal working week.

So that’s what we built for. Not a six-week stunt. Training that fit the hours he actually had. Food he could keep eating when work got heavy. A structure that held when life didn’t slow down to make room for it.

Padraigh did the work. He showed up on the days he didn’t feel like it, the same way he shows up for everything else he runs. The structure just meant the showing up actually counted this time.

21.5kg gone. 18cm off the waist. At 50, with the same busy life he had before he started.

If you’ve lost it before and watched it come back when work got hard, that’s not you failing. That’s the system failing your life. If you want one built to survive yours, DM ‘COACHING’

There’s busy. And then there’s running a company while raising 5 young kids.

That’s Ronan.

15.5kg down — and hitting PBs the whole way.

He wasn’t lazy and he wasn’t lost. He was in the gym every week, consistent. A back operation had derailed him before. Most men would have kept it as the reason to stop. He didn’t.

But training was never the problem. It was everything around it — the food, the lifestyle that comes with a demanding job — and no program he’d been on was ever built for the life he actually has. So he’d lose it, life would hit, and it came back every time.

He didn’t wait for January. Didn’t wait for “after Christmas.” Didn’t let the holidays write off another year.

We built the structure right. He showed up to it — through Christmas, through holidays, through the weeks work tried to swallow whole.

16 weeks later:
– 124kg down to 110kg
– 20cm off the waist
– Clothes fitting again

He did the showing up. The plan just finally fit the life he was never going to put on hold.

If that’s you — capable everywhere except this, done it before, watched it creep back — DM me the word COACHING and I’ll show you how we’d build it around your life, not someone else’s.

Who am I?

I started training at 16. Like most lads, it was for vanity.

Ten years later I was still nowhere near the body I wanted. I was in the gym — but I was guessing. Pulling bits from magazines, copying what other people were doing, chasing whatever the latest article said.

The unlock came in my mid-twenties, when I walked into a Muay Thai gym and met a coach who showed me what proper training actually looks like. Accountability. Structure. Consistency. The body followed, fast.

That's when I decided to become a coach myself.

Over the next decade I went deep. Mentorships. Seminars. Books. Courses. Every training method, every nutrition strategy, every hack. I tried it all.

And here's what I worked out.

Most of it is noise. Especially for men in their 40s working full-time, running a business, raising kids. Getting in shape isn't complicated. It comes down to a handful of fundamentals done consistently, inside a structure that fits the life you actually live.

I'm 41. I run a business, I have a family, I work full-time. I'm in the best shape of my life — not because I've found extra hours, but because the system I follow is built to survive the life I actually have.

That's what I do for the men I coach.

If you're a capable man over 40 who's let things slip and you're tired of guessing — DM "COACHING."

143 kg and climbing.

His weight had gotten to an all-time high and was moving in the wrong direction. Failed attempts to sustain progress in the past were disheartening. He made it clear on the call this time he wanted to do things properly and never end up back where he was.

I explained to him the three phases necessary:

1. Strip the body fat.
2. Stabilise the new weight and body fat level.
3. Build muscle and a strong physique — this was his goal.

This gives you the best chance of sustaining the results and forging a new identity along the way.

So we got to work. On the left, Michael at his heaviest of 143 kg. In the middle, he had dropped to his lightest weight of 99.7 kg. On the right, Michael is up to 104.7 kg and is the leanest and strongest he has been.

Most men quit when the scale climbs. Michael didn’t — he kept working when his gut said stop.

Over the past year Michael has started his own business while continuing to work full-time, and added a new addition to the family.

Most men fail to sustain simply because they pull the plug way too early.

Brian is in his late thirties. Works in management. Sedentary job. Eating on the go three, four, five times a week — whatever the diary demanded.

He came to me because he couldn’t pick his kids up properly anymore. Couldn’t play with them the way he wanted to.

That’s not a fitness problem. That’s a standards problem. He holds a standard for the kind of father he wants to be, and his body had stopped meeting it.

Sixteen weeks later: 17kg down. 24cm off the waist. Training three times a week. Stronger than when he started.

He didn’t find more time. He didn’t fix his mindset first. He didn’t overhaul his life. He got a system that fit the life he actually has — and did the work inside it.

The mindset caught up after.

12.5 kg down. Belly Gone. Energy up.

Jason didn’t recognise the man in the mirror anymore. And his three kids were watching.

That’s what he kept coming back to. Not the weight on the scales, not the waist size — the fact that he was the man his kids were learning from, and the man they were learning from wasn’t the man he wanted to be.

Triathlons. CrossFit. Fad diets. He’d done the lot. Active his whole life. Then 40 hit and nothing stuck. The weight kept creeping. He’d always been the guy who figured it out — and this was the one thing he couldn’t.

He runs a large team. Three young kids at home. Time was never going to land in his lap.

When he came to Trans4rm Coaching he didn’t need motivation. He needed structure. So we built one and he executed it. No extremes. No nonsense. Boring, repeatable weeks that survived his actual life.

12.5 kg down. 13 cm off his waist. Stronger, leaner, more present at home than he’s been in years.

But ask Jason and that’s not what he’ll tell you. He’ll tell you his kids see a different man now. That’s the win.
