🌸 Pre-Primary & Primary Ballet – building strong foundations while developing confidence, coordination and a love of dance.

✨ RAD Ballet Classes – structured training with students prepared for RAD examinations, from beginner through to advanced levels.

🎭 Performance Opportunities – students have the opportunity to take part in our bi-annual performances, gaining valuable stage experience and confidence.

🦢 Silver Swans Ballet – ballet classes designed specifically for adults, with a focus on enjoyment, movement, musicality and wellbeing.

💃 Adult Dance & Ballet Classes – whether you're returning to dance, trying ballet for the first time or simply want to dance for enjoyment, our adult classes are a welcoming place to start.

✨ Summer Taster Classes Are Now Open for Booking! ✨

Earlier this year, I promised that I would offer some summer taster classes, and I’m delighted to finally open bookings!

If you've been thinking about joining Coastal Ballet School this September, these classes are the perfect opportunity to come along, experience our beautiful studio, and discover what makes our ballet school so special.

🩰 Dance With Me Programme (Ages 1–3)
A magical introduction to movement and music for little ones, accompanied by a parent or guardian.

🩰 Ballet Taster Classes (Ages 4–6)
Perfect for young dancers who would like to try a class, make new friends, and experience the joy of ballet.

You are very welcome to book both taster classes if you wish.

During your visit, you'll have the chance to:

✨ Experience our friendly and supportive atmosphere

👕 What to wear:
Comfortable clothing, slipper socks, or bare feet. No special dancewear is required – just come ready to move and have fun!

It is with a heavy heart that I have to share some sad news. My wonderful ballet teacher and friend Ursula Harrison passed away yesterday after a long illness. Ursula loved all her students very much. She was a fantastic teacher and had a wonderful gift of teaching younger children. They all adored her. Myself and all the girls who worked alongside Ursula for many years will miss her dearly. Im so lucky and proud to have been her Mentor and friend. I will never forget her support and kindness. May she rest in peace now.

Street Art Cities celebrating the most popular street art across the world and you can vote for our very own amazing mural of the iconic figure of Balor by Spanish artist Moxaico, which can be seen on the side of Scotch Hall, Marsh Rd., as well as viewed from Dublin Rd.

'Balor' is just one of the 8 murals that make up our DRAWDA Urban Art Trail.

DRAWDA, is a multi disciplinary public art programme (a collaborative project between Droichead Art Centre, and LoveDrogheda B.I.D.S with lead curators Dee Walsh Visual Artist in association with mythologist Anthony Murphy and is made possible through the support and funding of several entities, including Louth County Council, Failte Ireland's Urban Animation Fund, The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon's In the Open, The Heritage Council's Faoin Spéir Initiative, Town & Village Accelerated Measures, Colourpaint Trends, DHS Complete Hire and Murtaghs of Drogheda.
