With no game this weekend, our MU17s made the most of the opportunity to spend some quality time together away from the pitch, visiting the Battle of the Boyne Visitors Centre this morning for a brilliant team-bonding experience. Days like this are so important for young players, giving them the chance to connect, build friendships, learn more about each other and strengthen the togetherness that underpins every successful team. Football development is not just about training sessions and match days; it is also about creating positive shared experiences, building trust within the group and helping players feel part of something bigger. The energy, enthusiasm and camaraderie shown by the lads was fantastic to see, and experiences like this will only add to the spirit, confidence and unity they bring back onto the pitch π
