My Yoga classes are paused for the summer but I’ll be teaching “pop-up” classes on Saturdays from 11-12 in The Studio in Carrigaline Court Hotel.

I nearly forgot to post this! Spent the whole day gardening and incorporating Yoga poses during all the work I did.
Today, 21st of June I mark International Day of Yoga, the Summer Solstice and being a yoga teacher for 8 years. I am loving the evolution. Thank you for being with me on this journey.

Suitable for beginners and for those who haven’t exercised in a while and want to get fitter, stronger, more mobile and have better core strength and balance.
