Let me help you kickstart your fitness journey with a 6 week fitness programme without the expense and intimidation you may find in a commercial gym.

Myself and another trainer who is a qualified pt with a passion for CrossFit , strength training and healthy eating will be running this course starting on Tuesday 27th of Feb.

You will get 2 high intensity fun circuit style classes a week along with weighing/measurements on week 1,3 and 6.

Its just €90 and will take place Tue (6-7pm) and Sat (9.30-10.30) in the Cannon Horgan Youth Hall in Ballinlough.
