We have public swimming and the Gym throughout the day, Sunrise Yoga at 7am, Active Circuit an 10am, Aqua Fit at 11am and 8pm and Active Spin at 7pm.

So there's no reason not to be active today!

Active Tribe Courtown is delighted to announce an exciting new addition to our Swim Academy programme. Children joining our Level 8 - Lane Training Tuna classes will develop technical skills, endurance and understanding of training and competitive swimming knowledge. Level 8 is not simply about swimming farther; it is about transitioning into trainable athletes.

The new 45 minute Level 8 - Lane Training Tuna classes are available to book now and starts at 5.30pm on 25 September!
