Another fun week with the Vikings! Locked into the core skills along with a few fun games including DONKEY which Sontae & Ellie humbly won 👀🏆 also welcomed some new recruits 💜

Sure how could ye complain with the sun and the sessions are as nice as this? 🤩☀️ Focused in on our core skills tonight & finished by a game! We then scooted over to Dock beach to cool down with a swim 🤿

Just like that we’re flying it through the season! Vikings enjoying their Wednesday evening trainings in the Tramore Valley Park stronghold 💪

The verdict is in…baby Cillian is in fact a Viking 😈 The Vikings had a fresh training session today working on some new drills as the drive full flight into the season 💪

Cork Vikings took on the Galway Magpies in Ahane today! Despite the windy conditions the girls were able to keep the ball between the posts and give the Magpies a good game 💪 Our Viking of the day was Sontae Jackson 😈

The Vikings hosted Cillian’s first training where he got plenty of cuddles and attention 🍼 Not only were we spoilt for weather, we were spoilt by Nick with some ice-creams to cool off after a small in-house game ☀️ If that wasn’t enough, a few of the girls continued the fun at Dock Beach in Kinsale to top off a lovely summers evening for a dip 🌊🏖️

The Vikings travelled to Spink in Co. Lapis to take on the Swans and after a good challenge from the Swans the Vikings came out triumphant.

Eva was our deserving Vikings of the Day after displaying some excellent defense along with a cheeky bounce breaking out of the backs 🏉

We also welcomed our 5 league debutants Aisling, Sadhbhín, Maria, Sinead & Sontae! We are excited to see the impact they’ll have for the rest of the season 🥳
