Happy Friday everyone 🎉

We had our final dance session with Ilen river playschool skibbereen this week.

It was great to be back - thank you to all the students and staff for the warm welcomes and fab dancing 💃🏻🕺🏽

The countdown is on!

Looking forward to being back at Inchydoney for our first Pilates On The Beach class this Wednesday 17th June, 19.15-20.15.

We’ll be keeping an eye on the forecast (so far so good) - fingers crossed the sun sticks around 🤞🏻

Our little assistant Aoife and all her friends showed us their fantastic dance moves while Rory had a great time watching 😁

Only feels like yesterday we were bringing Aoife along with us to dance with Eoghan and his friends (see pic on right for a )

It’s that time of year again… Pilates On The Beach is BACK 🥳

4 week block commencing Wednesday 17th June at Inchydoney 19.15-20.15 at €10 per class.

All you need is a mat/towel. Grab a friend and come and join us on the beach this summer 🙂

Well done to everyone in Clonakilty and Dunmanway for working SO hard in the heat this week 😅🔥 One final round to go!

We also wrapped up our dance sessions at Derrinacahara NS Dunmanway yesterday. So lovely to be back again - it’s always lots of fun dancing with you all 💃🏻🕺🏽

Over the last three weeks we’ve had the absolute pleasure to teach at St. Joseph's GNS Skibbereen 🙂

Lots of brilliant dancing, plenty of smiles and fantastic freestyling 💃🏻

This evening Aoife performed in her first dance show at Cork Opera House

It was so wonderful to see her dancing on the big stage and really enjoying herself. Feeling very VERY proud right now 💙

Alan Foley Academy of Dance well done for putting on a fantastic show and thank you for making Aoife’s first year such an enjoyable experience.

Today is Cathy’s birthday and celebrations are in full swing 🎉
