A small boat rests where water sighs,

Tethered to the hush of shore and sky,

Its wooden ribs remember storms

And lullabies of calmer forms.

It rocks with secrets in its grain,

Of strong winds and silver rain,

Of journeys made by starlit trust

And anchors lowered into dusk.

Carried by a quiet knowing

That all of life is ebb and flowing.

Summer time reset

Time in nature. Solitude. Lake swims. Camping in a field by a lake. Birdsong. A soft breeze.

Taking a summer break now from weekly yoga classes but will have some summer workshops and reiki appointments.
