Buggies & Barbells šŸ’ŖšŸ‘¶

A class where you can train, build strength and bring your little one along with you.

No worrying about childcare. No pressure to be at a certain fitness level. Just a supportive space to move, get stronger and enjoy some time for yourself, with baby right there beside you.

Come as you are, buggy and all šŸ¤

Don't be like Teddy..

Don’t let your head convince you that your body can still do everything it used to

Sometimes you’ll see someone lifting heavier, moving faster or doing something you used to be able to do, and your ego tells you to jump straight back in.

Leave the ego at the door. Stick to what you know your body can do right now, adapt when you need to and progress a little bit every time.

Everyone is at a different stage of their training. Focus on your own progress!

Your coach isn’t telling you to go lighter because they don’t think you’re strong enough.

Sometimes, you probably are strong enough to lift the weight. But if the form isn’t there, adding more weight isn’t going to make the movement better.

Good coaching means knowing when to push you and when to pull you back.

There’s no point chasing a heavier number if your technique completely changes to get it there. We’d much rather see you move well, build confidence in the movement and then gradually add weight as you’re ready for it.

Going lighter isn’t going backwards. It’s giving you the chance to build the strength and technique that’ll let you lift heavier, and lift it well.

So if your coach tells you to take a few kilos off the bar… trust them šŸ˜‚

They’re not trying to ruin your PB. They’re helping you build towards a better one. šŸ’™

One took on a shovel. One got out of the car. One tried lifting heavy.

Back pain can show up during training or the most basic everyday movements.

Our Bulletproof Your Back programme is designed to help you build strength, move with more confidence and stop fearing every little twinge.

IIt’s about so much more than the training.

It’s the chats before class, the encouragement when things get tough and the people who notice when you haven’t been in. That’s what makes this Gym feel different.
