The One Arena team took on Spartan last weekend, and what a day it was!

5k, obstacles the whole way, chain weights, ropes, the lot. Every single one of us finished it and every single one of us was wrecked after!

Our monthly One Arena meetup took us out to Torc for a hike that tested our fitness, our friendships, and our trust in Evan and Gemma's navigation skills. We survived the heat, we survived the "shortcut," and had a blast!

Kirsten is this month's Ballincollig Member of the Month!

Kirsten started her journey with us back In January 2026.
Kirsten wasn't new to training, but she had never been consistent, due to a lack of accountability, motivation and "laziness" (her words not mine!!!)

Like many others, Kirsten wanted to lose weight and tone up. However, her goals were deeper, and I knew from the first time I met her that she would succeed🥰.

When asked why she thought she would succeed this time she said: "I am finally ready mentally to change my bad habits and how I look at myself, and become a better person mentally and physically". Kirsten, you have certainly done that!! You are absolutely smashing it and I am so proud of you🥰.

You have shown up at every session determined to give it your all. Not only have you improved your body composition (i.e., lost weight, reduced body fat and gained muscle), but you have also grown so much in confidence. I am so excited to continue your journey with you, and see you go from strength to strength💪.

Wishing you so much love and happiness on your wedding day - I know you will feel and look amazing✨

Eddy is this month's Passage Member of the Month!

Eddy joined One Arena in September 2023, so almost three years ago.
As mentioned, Eddy's physio advised him to start strength training due to an injury, but also for his overall health & fitness.

Since joining, Eddy has gone from strength to strength. He consistently trains 3 times a week at the 6am sessions, which in itself says a lot!! He is always eager to improve, and pushes himself to his maximum ability in every session. Eddy is a pleasure to coach, and always up for the banter, even at 6am!!!

Well done on your dedication to improving your health & fitness Eddy; you are well deserving of this month's award!

MEMBER OF THE MONTH: AOIFE

Aoife has been incredibly consistent throughout her whole year here at One Arena. Her technique has come on massively, her strength has improved, and the changes are showing.

She brings positive energy to every session, always open to listening to the coaches and to progressing that little bit more each day.

Well done Aoife, you really deserve it. Keep up the great work!
