So a spontaneous something started and I stayed and I played and this is what came, in the spirit of what I find in somatic practice....

come home to your body

feel the life of your breath
caressing as tide
the rise and fall pulse
life drumming inside

remember she whispers
calling you home
body breath soul
rhythm & drum

you are waters in ebb
waters in flow
your body the earth
nourishes & holds

mystery and miracle
in the rivers of blood
you are divinity herself
breath spirit & bone

stop looking out turn your gaze in
under the noise beyond the whim

tracing lines of sensation
& stillness within

quiet empty spaces
the fullest you have been

I am here, I am here, I am here

This image shows a pattern that I have seen over and over in Constellations, when a child becomes the emotional bridge, buffer or even battleground between parents. This is a role no child is equipped to handle. It creates internal conflicts and deep anxiety. The impact of this experience continues into adulthood and we carry the burden into our relationships. When we face this truth, when we see what happened, when we hold our inner child in our gaze with attention and care, we can heal these wounds. We can leave what belongs to the adults with the adults, and reclaim our rightful place in the Order of Love. There are two places left in the full day workshop on Saturday.
