I’ve been reflecting back on the last 6 months, and you know what? I’m extremely proud of what I have built and created, and am still continuing to build!

Starting a business is a risk, and a gym is not a cheap start up let me tell you 🙃 but I knew it would work, I believe in myself and will always back myself 100% in what I do as a coach;

➡️ I deliver well structured thought-out sessions, not just thrown together off the cuff to blast someone.

➡️ I care about who walks through my doors, making sure they feel welcome & cared for, my clients are not just numbers.

➡️ I give divided individual attention to all clients, in every session & never let someone feel alone.

➡️ I always make sure clients have fun & laugh throughout sessions, all while getting the work done.

➡️ I give everyone the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals, however long it takes.

3 Months of Progress Coaching 🥳

Forever grateful to be in a position to do all this, forever in my clients debt for making it all come through 💙

Opening 3 months ago was scary, I was anxious, worried & a ball of stress (still am to be fair 😂)

Just with a big community around me supporting this huge chapter of my life 💪

I always believed I would do well because I backed myself as a good personal trainer & coach, not in a cocky way but because I delivered quality PT sessions & classes and actually cared about the people I trained, I knew what I was doing and why I was doing it, no random workouts or hoping the person couldn’t walk tomorrow from the session.

But, I did not think I would be this established in only 3 months 🥹

The future is big and bright, plans to expand in the coming months and I’m buzzing to share this with you all soon 👀
