Mayfield Hurling & Football Club, Cork.

Yesterday evening our Fe13 hurlers took the short trip to local rivals Brian Dillon’s. It was all end to end action in the 1st half and we went in leading at half time on a scoreline or 1-07 to 1-01. The second half started very well for the home team scoring 2 quick goals. After that is was score for score with Dillon’s leading by 2 points near the end. A last minute penalty was awarded our way in injury time which was brilliantly struck into the goal. A fantastic 1 point win for our boys 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩 Final score 3-09 to 4-05

AOS Security Junior B Hurling Championship action this Saturday with a group 4 match between Whitechurch GAA and Mayfield Hurling & Football Club, Cork.

We are lucky enough to have 2 Club men taking part in Electric Picnic this year.
James Keegan and Ronan O’Keeffe can both be seen at the Festival this Saturday for anyone travelling be sure to support them.
Great to have such talent in our area and club.

Hi All,

Mayfield GAA, Ladies Football & Mayfield United Academies are joining forces for a joint training session for all kids *aged 4-8years on Saturday 29th at 9.30am - 11.30am @ Mayfield GAA Grounds Pitch 1 T23 AC6T.*

The session will be made up of :
- 45 minutes of Hurling training (Hurley & Helmets provided if required) // 45minutes Ladies Football.
- A break for a drink & snack
- 45 minutes of Soccer training

We are treating it almost like a mini camp day, so parents have the option if they wish to drop at 9.30am & collect at 11.30am. Please bring a drink & snack for the break.

The cost of this session will be €5, which will go to supporting a Family Fun Day we are currently organising.

Additionally, for any children currently involved with another GAA Club or Soccer Club, not to worry, this is just a training session & everyone is welcome to join in. 😀

On a lovely soft evening for a game of football our Fe13 boys took to the pitch for their last of 5 league football games. We welcomed a very strong Aghabullogue side. Man for man the effort the boys put in over 60 plus minutes of football was outstanding. We came away with a win on a scoreline of 4-07 to 4-05. Five wins from five means a place in the league final for all to look forward too 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩
