Soccer Athletic Development Academy - June 2026⚽

High Performance Mardyke Arena UCC is excited to present the “Soccer Athletic Development Academy”, a 4-week athletic development program designed to maximise the development & performance of aspiring soccer players aged 14–18. 💪

Led by expert coaches and performance specialists, the program grants soccer enthusiasts exposure to high-level training and education in a world-class environment. The program provides the springboard for players to improve and excel their on-field soccer performance.

Program Includes:

✔️ Speed & Agility Training
✔️ Energy System Conditioning
✔️ Movement Preparation & Priming
✔️ Individual Programming Software Profile
✔️ Fitness Testing, Performance Tracking & Individual Athlete Reports

A big day of performance testing with the squad completing a full battery of assessments to benchmark physical performance ahead of the season.

The battery included:
