For nearly 20 years, we’ve been teaching people how to protect themselves with practical, no-nonsense skills that work in the real world. At Institute Krav Maga Ireland, training is about more than punches and kicks, it’s about building confidence, resilience, and the ability to handle pressure when it matters most.
Our classes are designed for everyone. Kids and teens gain confidence, discipline, and awareness while learning how to deal with challenges. Adults train to get fitter, sharper, and prepared for real-life situations. Women find empowerment in learning techniques that are simple, direct, and effective.
The training environment is friendly, supportive, and motivating. You’ll be guided by qualified instructors who are passionate about helping every student reach their potential, whether that’s improving fitness, learning self-defence, or pushing towards advanced Krav Maga levels.
