What an epic day was had at the Munster G4M&O blitz in Mallow. Our Rockets played fantastic football and showed amazing dance skills. Well done to all of the other amazing teams yesterday it was such good fun. Thanks to our amazing committee and coaches for making the day so special.

Such a fantastic evening with our friends from St Nicks LGFA Gaelic 4 mother’s and others, the sun was shining and the craic was mighty. Thanks so much gang for a great evening.

Such a fabulous sunny day for the Rockban Rockets first match of the year against our lovely neighbours Grenagh Gators G4MO. Thanks for a great evening out Ger we really enjoyed it.

What a great first night back for our Rockban Rockets, great to see all of our players back and a big welcome to our new players, a huge thanks to our fabulous coaches and committee for getting us back up and running for another great year ahead.

One week to go before this wonderful Team gets back together next Monday night at 8 in the all weather pitches in whitechurch community centre. New members welcome, no football experience needed just bring the Craic.
