Small break from the results posting! Just a reminder that you can switch to a land based option if you are struggling to find a weather window to complete your 5 miles. You can run, walk, jog, erg those 5 miles instead!

This years challenge kicks off from 3pm today.

Don't forget, you must start and finish your 5 miles in the one place so it must be a loop or an out and back course.
