🔅 Day 4 - Rethink What You Drink 🔅

Most of us know that drinking alcohol excessively can have harmful effects. Did you know that alcohol has been proven by research to have been involved in cancer cases in men, and women to a lesser extent, in Ireland?

For recommendations on how to drink less, the Action Man manual is a great tool to consider.
Some examples include using smaller glasses if drinking at home, and avoiding 'rounds'.

Sarsfields Hurling Club would like to acknowledge the fantastic achievement of Eoin Considine, Tom Huggins and Cuan McMahon following their involvement with the Cork Minor Hurling team this year.
To have three Sarsfields players representing Cork at minor level is a tremendous achievement and a source of great pride for our club.
Their success is a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment shown by the lads. Special mention also to their families and the many coaches who have helped and supported them along the way.
We are incredibly proud of the boys!
