Rieleen is our longest-serve team member who has been with us since our opening year, 10 years ago! In that time, her classes have only grown in popularity. Rieleen’s dedication to her classes and steady presence has created a wonderful balance to the often hectic pace of gym life. She brings the calm, quiet strength and grace that we need to keep things in balance ☯️
If you haven’t already tried one of her classes, make sure you do - Hatha yoga Monday @ 6:15pm and Vinyasa yoga Thursday @ 6:15pm 🧘🏻♀️

Daniel is heading off on some exciting travels for the summer and we know everyone will be sad to see him go!
BUT - we’re hoping to have him back with us again in September and we can’t wait as his classes have been a huge success and he’s all round a wonderful person to work with everyday.
