Kids and Teen classes return tomorrow, Tuesday 1st September. Kids (6-10) at 6pm, Teens (11-15) at 7pm. If your child is enrolled, we'll see them on the mats. If you've been thinking about it and haven't messaged us yet, tonight's the night.

A lot of parents ask what their child will actually be doing in class. Short answer: focused, structured training, pad work, coordination drills, discipline, and plenty of encouragement along the way. Kids Martial Arts (ages 6-10) runs Monday to Thursday at 6pm, starting again this Tuesday. Message us to get your child signed up.

While everyone's talking about September, worth a reminder — Adult Krav Maga runs year-round here, no term dates, no waiting list. Real self-defence, proper fitness, and a training environment that's beginner friendly from day one. If you've been meaning to start, there's no better time than now.

Our Level 1 Instructor Course runs 8-11 October, four days of intensive training to become a certified Krav Maga instructor. Early bird pricing (€695, regular €795) , spaces are capped at 12 students. If you've been thinking about levelling up your training, this is the week to lock it in.
