Over 6 years of training for these two the hard work has finally paid off . Shay begins his journey in the kids class then moves up into the seniors. Six tough hrs of grading , blood sweat and tears with each receiving their first Dan black belts .

This class consists of martial arts with animal movements, games, coordination and balance skills in a fun, friendly, disciplined environment. Guaranteed a good workout. Team building, healthy eating and anti-bullying talks also given.

Coach is a 3rd Dan in Karate (JKA) 5th Dan in Kickboxing (WAKO) level 3 coach level 2 tutor coaching Ireland, Garda vetted instructor

Great results at the Munster open last Sunday with the majority bringing home silver wear . Kyle Double gold in PF and LC first time intermediate. Luc double silver PF LC inter first time . Darragh silver LC inter first time . Cian bronze LC inter first time . Karina silver points first comp . Zoe bronze points first comp. Henry bronze PF. Luke our only senior on day bronze LC. James Ryan Tymon and Leroy all did great in their first comp a great learning curb for them .
