We’re proud to bring you the best Hot yoga experience in Cork. Established in Cork since 2011 with a We have put in place safety measures for in-studio classes.
Please read these on our website before attending class at our studio. No experience needed for any of our classes, just book in advance via Glofox the app is the best way to do this App Store or Google Play

Classes bring us together, but it’s the people who really make this studio what it is and we’re lucky to have some pretty cool ones ❤️😎
After a great night out together, we’re reminded just how great this community really is laughs, chats, and the craic that carry on long after class ends.
HYC is a little escape from the everyday, a space to switch off, move your body, and soak up the good energy all around you. It’s about feeling lighter, brighter, and walking out the door better than when you came in.

New to Hot Yoga Cork? Your first class doesn’t need to feel intimidating.
Arrive a few minutes early, wear something comfortable and bring some water.
Your instructor will guide you through the class, so there’s no need to worry if you’re new- just listen to your body and take it at your own pace
Most importantly, leave your expectations at the door and allow yourself to let go. 🤍

We’ve all had those days…you just need to rest for eyes for a second. This poor girl is exhausted running the show at HYC.

And that’s a wrap… for a few days at least! ✨
Time for us to put the feet up, eat all the chocolates, enjoy a few festive drinks and watch Home Alone 🎄
We can never fully explain just how amazing the members of our studio are, what you mean to us, and how you make HYC the special place it is ❤️
From day one, the goal has always been to create a place where people feel supported to move, breathe, and work through whatever life throws at them, so they leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected to themselves.
But what truly makes HYC what it is, is the warmth, community and genuine connection between our members and we are beyond proud of that.
We also know that this time of year can bring up challenges for many. Whatever your experience of Christmas may be, we hope it brings you moments of peace, comfort and love.
