A tough day out for this crew in their 1st match of the season in U13 division 5. Very unlucky to lose 3-2 to a strong Rockmount team. Chris Wonerth and James Corcoran getting the goals. Lads should be proud of their efforts, keep heads up and we go again next week!

Our U15 girls couldn’t have asked for a tougher first game in Premier after winning Division 1 last season, facing last season’s Premier champions, Midleton.
Midleton showed their quality in the first half, taking a 2–0 lead while our girls struggled to create many opportunities.
We grew into the game after the break and produced some excellent passages of attacking play, while Ariel, Jessica and our goalkeeper Milana had to work extremely hard to deal with the constant threat from Midleton’s attackers.
With ten minutes remaining, Livia went very close following a lovely combination with Vega and Eirinn. Five minutes later, Eirinn pulled one back with a brilliant finish, driven low inside the post.
Just as it looked like we were heading into a frantic final five minutes in search of an equaliser, Midleton struck on the counterattack to score their third and seal the win.
Despite the result, it was a very promising Premier debut against one of the league’s top teams.

A fine 0-5 win away to Crosshaven in the opener of U15 Division 4 for newly promoted Corinthians Boys B. Scorers were Eman Azeke, Evan O'Connor, Daniel Peare and Daniel Fazekas. Captain and Man of the Match was Kaelan Rice. A great display of one team ethos.

A great pre-season run-out today for our U15 girls, with loads of positives against a very well-organised Springfield Ramblers side. Both teams showed a real desire to play good football, producing some excellent passages of play ⚽👏. Well done to both teams.
