It's time for the return of the crowd favourite - Movement Party! 🎉

A play-space for people to move their bodies through whatever way feels good. Whether it's dance, yoga, handstands, Acro, juggling, or simply sitting on cozy cushions and chatting, maybe giving or receiving a massage, a relaxing cuddle with a friend. Show up in whatever way YOU need and desire in the moment 🤗

We love when people bring along an item of finger food, brownie points if it's home-made (bonus brownie points for brownies 😋)

Any musicians in the audience or aspiring hobbyists, bring along an instrument or two and you'll find an unbeatable buzz for jamming while people sway to the rhythms and tumble to the beat 🪘

Feel free to show up anytime, no need to be there from 6pm, it's a party after all 🥰

I will be landing back in Ireland for the foreseeable future the night before, so I'm especially excited to see people, whether we've met before or not we'll be well on the way to friends by the end 🤗

AcroYoga's new home is now at the ! 🤩🥳🎪

The Circus Factory, Cork's premiere center for circus artists and performers, has fully embraced the AcroYoga magic in an unprecedented way, providing a home for our two weekly classes as well as up to THREE open training sessions every single week! 🤯

The Thursday 6:30pm classes with
& , assisted by .rex , will guide you through the fundamentals of AcroYoga poses, flows & sequences. These classes are open level, and a welcoming, light and fun attitude will help you on your way to feeling the flow! 😁

The Tuesday 6:30pm classes with & .cami will rotate every two weeks between the three categories of Icarians, Whips and Standing Acro. This will give you a solid understanding and capacity for all three of these more challenging and exhilarating sides of the practise. Prepare to level up! 💪

will be facilitating most of the Friday and Sunday Open Training sessions, with Wednesdays being facilitated by Haj, a fun-loving circus viking! They are open to everybody attending Circus Factory classes, not just AcroYogis, but that's all just part of the magic. Community, collaboration & co-creation are at the heart of AcroYoga, so the more folks we have to bounce off and work together with, the better 🥰

Open Trainings are €15 drop-in or €13.50 student price.

AcroYoga is for EVERYONE!

The perfect time to start doesn't exist.

You don't need to be able to do a handstand or a push up or be really flexible.

It's not about being perfect, it's about the process of discovering what we are capable of, while supporting each other. This enriching practise combats loneliness, anxiety, and gives practitioners confidence in their bodies and in their own strength 💪

From now onwards the Level 1 & Level 2 classes will be back to back on Wednesday evenings, starting 6:20pm & 7:50pm respectively.

These classes will be co-taught by
& , that's TWO fully qualified teachers to support you!

You do not need a partner and no yoga or gymnastics experience is necessary at all 👍
