As proud members of the Irish Taekwon-do Association, we offer a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment. Our instructors are fully qualified, Garda vetted and First Aid trained.

A Massive Congratulations to All Our Students who stepped onto the mats on Sunday for our Summer Grading! 👏
Everyone showed a fantastic effort and a great attitude throughout the grading. You should all be very proud of yourselves and all your hard work.
A special thank you to Master Mark Buckley from Cork ITA Taekwon-Do for grading our students.
I would also like to thank Cian and Jack for all the hard work they put into helping prepare our students for grading, we really appreciate your hard work.
The standard was excellent, and it was fantastic to see so many strong performances throughout the day.

What a fantastic day at the Cork Cup! Our students had an amazing day and gained so valuable mat time throughout the competition. It was a brilliantly organised tournament, and we would like to say a huge thank you to Cork ITA Taekwon-do and East Cork Taekwon-do for putting on such a great event.
