Most of you know that I'm always learning and expanding my knowledge of Pilates. So I was thrilled to take a private session with Begoña Muñoz Pedraza this morning.
A mat and tower session with a focus on classical techniques and breathwork.
The fantastic Begoña Muñoz Pedraza has
30+ years in movement → 20+ years specifically in Pilates → Peak Pilates Master Trainer Level III → Second Generation Teacher under Lo**ta San Miguel → international presenter → teacher of other Pilates instructors → director of a Classical Pilates studio to but a few!
