Many a celebration has been held in this special ballroom, overlooking the Wild Atlantic Way. For weddings, it is where we serve dinner to our guests, have speeches, dancing, music and more!

The chandelier has been here since we opened this space in the 1960s!

Bringing guests back and forth across the grounds, our golf buggy is the quiet thing that keeps the day flowing and ensures that everyone, without exception, gets to be exactly where they need to be. No hills to navigate. No worries. Just the sea air and the sound of celebration ahead of you.

Some things begin as a plan B, and quietly become everyone’s favourite!

The Wave Canopy is our newest addition at Dunmore House, introduced in 2025 and expanded for 2026.

Designed originally as a sheltered alternative to the Ocean Garden on those days when the West Cork weather has its own ideas, it did not take long for the Wave Canopy to find its own identity entirely 🌊

Couples discovered it, and they fell for it. What began as a contingency has become one of the most sought-after spots on the property for drinks receptions. Open to the elements just enough, sheltered just enough, and utterly beautiful in both.

Paired with the Ocean Club, it creates a flow that feels effortless. Drinks beneath the canopy, celebration spilling inside, the evening finding its own rhythm.

Dunmore House keeps growing with every addition feeling like it was always meant to be here!
