Congratulations to Ronan & Alan who took part in a Bench press Deadlift & squat competition in Monaghan yesterday, both coming home with trophies after a successful day with Alan benching 117.5 in his category & Ronan breaking the Irish record within his category. Phenomenal stuff lads 👏👏👏

The first year anniversary mass for our champion powerlifter Mossy Dee takes place Sunday at 11.15 in staplestown. For all those that can attend it would be great to see you there

Another happy client after putting in an animal amount of work, she's an absolute credit and has gone from strength to strength trusting in the process and determined to get herself wedding ready. This is what it's all about☺️☺️☺️

12 months in and the difference is phenomenal for another of our clients. "You get out of it what you put into it" delighted for this girl and all she has achieved, onto the next photo and see the difference.
