Congratulations and well done to everyone who competed at the recently concluded Dublin Open. I am really proud of your performances, the spirit and the growth. It is not an easy feat to step on the mat and challenge yourself at the highest levels, but you summoned the courage and did it.

Everyone did their best and gained even more experience. As we reach the middle of the first half of the year, we will continue to build on what we have and even do better next time.

Thanks to all the teammates who help them prepare, thanks to all the parents for their endless sacrifices, and thanks to the club competitors.

Once again, Leon pulled off a Silver in patterns at the ITA Dublin Open yesterday. The competition saw over 1300 competitors. Congratulations to you Leon. Job well done.

Welldone to Hannah, Neala, Daire and Leon at the INTA over the weekend. We brought home 2golds 1silver and 3bronzes altogether. We’re all proud of you all.

Well done to Leon who came home with 3 medals from the INTA tournament over the weekend. Gold in Patterns, Gold in Special techniques and at 7.5yrs old, had to compete Sparring with 9-10yrs old due to his height and he came home with a Bronze medal.
