Are You Interested in Becoming a Sports Coach?
Cavan Sports Partnership have an exciting Community Sport Coach Programme, starting in February.
The programme will provide participants with certified training in 5 different sports and also experience of coaching in the community.
Places are limited so short listing may apply.

Starting Tues 20th September at 7pm, every Tuesday and Thursday evening for 6 weeks €30. Led by local instructors, sure to motivate and get you moving.

Couch to 5k is a training plan to get NEW walkers/runners from having no running experience to being able to complete 3.1 miles, or a 5k.

As part of the Sports Ability evening to highlight sport and physical activity opportunities in Cavan for children with a disability aged 5+.
The event is taking place Tuesday 27th September at Cavan Leisure Centre from 5pm-7pm.

What can you expect on the evening?
• An interactive and inclusive evening
• 4 Come and Try sessions of Elite Gymnastics - Cavan, RINKA Kids Fitness Cavan, Rugby and Taekwondo ( 30 minutes each)
• Local clubs and organizations information stands
• And most importantly lots of fun😀
So come along and see what inclusive activities are available in Cavan.
