I realise the irony here.
I post A LOT of fitness information. 😂
Training tips.
Nutrition advice.
Protein.
Steps.
Strength training.
Fat loss.
Consistency.
And then I’m standing here telling you:
YOU DON’T NEED MORE FU***NG FITNESS INFORMATION.
But hear me out.
Most people I speak to already know quite a lot.
You know vegetables are probably a better choice than a family-sized bag of crisps.
You know 10 pints on Saturday night aren't technically a hydration strategy.
You know sitting on your arse all week isn't going to improve your fitness.
And you probably know lifting weights might be a better idea than simply buying a gym membership and hoping your direct debit burns calories. 😂
The problem isn't always KNOWING.
It's DOING.
And more importantly
Doing it consistently enough for something to actually fu***ng happen.
You can save 500 Instagram workouts.
Screenshot 37 high-protein recipes.
Follow 14 fitness coaches.
Buy an Apple Watch.
Own an air fryer.
Have protein powder in three different flavours.
None of it means s**te if you don't actually put the basics into practice.
That's why I'll keep sharing fitness information.
But I also want to keep reminding you that information is only useful when it turns into action.
You don't need the perfect workout.
You don't need the perfect diet.
And you definitely don't need another 90-minute podcast explaining the optimal time to eat a fu***ng banana.
You need a realistic plan.
You need some structure.
You need consistency.
And sometimes you need accountability from somebody who notices when you've disappeared up your own arse with excuses. 😂
Less collecting information.
More putting the bloody stuff into practice.
That's where things start changing.

Age Defy Fitness with Gary Brazil
I am living proof that your life doesn’t end just because you get older, your life begins when you make changes!”
“Dm me the word ‘CHANGE’ to get started 👇
I spent years treating my body like I didn’t give a s**t and then I wondered why I felt like crap all the time.
Too much alcohol.
Poor food.
Bad habits.
Anxiety.
Low confidence.
Very little respect for the body I was expecting to carry me through the rest of my life.
And for a long time, I could always find an excuse.
Stress.
Work.
Life.
Getting older.
I’ll sort it Monday.
I’ll start next month.
Sound familiar?
Here’s the uncomfortable bit:
Sometimes we need to stop blaming our age for problems our habits helped create.
Yes, getting older changes things.
But turning 40, 50 or 60 does not suddenly give you permission to stop giving a f**k about yourself.
At 50, I realised something had to change.
Training became part of my way back.
Not because a six-pack was going to fix my life.
It wasn’t.
But every time I trained I kept a promise to myself. I was doing something I hadn’t done consistently for a long time:
I was showing myself that I actually mattered.
The body started changing.
But so did the man living inside it.
More structure.
More strength.
More confidence.
More self-respect.
Nearly 55 now, and I still have s**t days.
I still have to make choices.
I still have to do the work.
The difference is I no longer treat getting older as an excuse to slowly abandon myself.
And if you’re in your 40s, 50s or beyond and recognise some of the old me in yourself, maybe you don’t need another motivational quote.
Maybe you need an uncomfortable conversation with yourself.
Are you actually getting old or have you just stopped looking after yourself?
Because those are two very different fu***ng things.
And if you're ready to start doing something about it, DM me the word COMEBACK.
F**K THE SIX-PACK.
At nearly 55, I train for something far more important.
I WANT MUSCLE.
Not just because it looks good in a T-shirt. 😂
I WANT STRENGTH.
Because I’ve no intention of becoming a weak old bastard before my time.
I WANT ENERGY.
I’ve spent enough years knowing what it feels like NOT to have it.
I WANT CONFIDENCE.
Because rebuilding mine changed far more than my body.
I WANT INDEPENDENCE.
At 65, 75 and hopefully well beyond.
Yes, I still want to look good.
I’m not fu***ng dead yet. 😂
But these days I'm building more than a physique.
I'M BUILDING THE BODY I WANT TO GROW OLD IN.
If you're in your 40s, 50s or beyond and you've realised it's time to start looking after the body you're going to be living in for the next few decades
DM me the word STRONG.
Let's have a chat.
2 months off 55 and still getting stronger.
Not because I got lucky.
Because I keep showing up.
You do not have to accept getting softer, weaker and older before your time.
