Depending on numbers I will consider a morning class in Castlerahan on Fridays at 10am

Classes are €40 for 4 and can be taken at any venue if needed to juggle around , within the current 4 week block .

So I’ve been consciously romanticising my own life recently and coming back to me 💯. It’s difficult to meet myself and be raw and vulnerable but I know it’s going to be worth it. I’m learning the art of receiving also, and for someone who has spent so long being hyper vigilant, and cautious this is a huge thing ! Thank you to my friends for their patience, eye ball rolling and pure honesty. I love you . You know who you are. Took myself on a coffee date yesterday and basked in the serenity of my own company . ❤️ I’m taking a week off from teaching my classes so if anyone has any other suggestions for dates with myself please leave them here ⬇️ see you back on the dance floor Monday 4th August 💃🏻

There was no stopping these ladies tonight . Only week 3 of belly dance and they’ve nailed it !!
I’m so proud of them , their commitment to themselves , the drive to be better and healthier and the joy every one of them brings to the class .

I love my job !!!!!
I love that what I love to do can impact others in a positive way and bring people together in a safe and fun environment.
