The next date for my monthly Yoga & Meditation Workshop is Sunday October 18th. This is always such a gorgeous morning where we really give ourselves the time and space that we all desperately need in our busy lives.

What to expect: a very warm welcome, a lovely group, no pressure, no performance, truly embodied yoga movement and a deeply nourishing guided meditation.

Book now.🩷

🌞Slowly realizing how much of life is being spent/wasted through social media and screens. Time to put parental controls on my own screen time. App limits are set. Taking a well needed break from social media and trying my very best to enjoy the summer in real time. If you need me I hope to be up a mountain, in a forest or doing yoga in the garden (most likely I'll be sweeping floors and making snacks but a girl can dream 😅)
